I apologize for including your photos without your permission and copyright notice, as part of the slide show of Burning Man 2007 I posted on SCIY in October '07. I also want to thank you for alerting me to the problem of posting photos without full copyright notice, which I hadn't been aware of. My policy for SCIY has been to do so for all written articles we've posted, along with hotlinks to their original source, but I've sometimes neglected to do this for the relatively few photos not included as part of articles.

After reading your comment, I immediately deleted the entire set of BM07 photos which included the two of your photos you specifically commented on. Unfortunately, while doing so I also mistakenly deleted the two comments you had attached to them. This is why I'm publicly acknowledging my error in this new comment.

I've included a link below to your excellent set of BM 2007 photos on Flickr via your playa-dust.com site, where you've included full copyright reference, etc. Btw, I think your photos are great, among the best I've seen of BM:

the correct link to use is www.playa-dust.com which will allow you to see all the photos, including those with nudity.

the link to the flickr set will not include the photos with nudity, which are censored by yahoo/flickr and require a guest-pass.
