Bio-dynamised water from Auroville to hit Indian market

Bio-dynamised water to hit Indian market

Puducherry, Aug. 12 (PTI):
Bio-dynamised water, believed to cure various ailments including
diabetes and heart problems, is set to hit Indian markets with a
research centre at Auroville township near here commercially launching
the equipment to produce it.

Aqua Dyn, the centre that has developed
commercially viable equipment to carry out the “bio-dynamising”
technique developed in France in the early 20th century, has been
selling the processed water within the township for the past five
years.

The centre has been exporting the
equipment to European countries, especially France, Aqua Dyn's managing
director Uthirapathy said.

“The equipment for commercial, household and portable use will be soon launched across India,” he said.

The bio-dynamising process includes
infusing electro- magnetic waves and metallic trace elements into the
water, apart from using the reverse osmosis technique, to purify
heavily contaminated water.

“Bio-dynamised water helps remove
toxins from the body and has proven properties to heal diseases,
including arthritis, diabetes, skin cancer and heart ailments,” he
said.

As part of the process, electrodes of a particular metal or a combination of metals are inserted into the water.

Carbon reinforces the immune system,
chromium is good for the eyes, sugar assimilation and hair
revitalisation, while copper is an anti-inflammatory element and eases
kidney problems.

Germanium helps cure cancer and boosts
the immune system while gold can be useful for heart diseases and high
blood pressure, Uthirapathy said.

Electrodes of iron, magnesium, manganese, nickel, silicon and silver are also available to treat specific ailments.

Bio-dynamism and its effects on health
were first established by French scientist Marcel Violet. During his
studies over several decades, Violet found that the processed water
enhanced healing by up to 30 per cent in animals and boosted growth in
plants by 30 per cent.

He also claimed that drinking the water helped him recover from a heart ailment and skin cancer.

After Violet's death, the technology
got buried but was rediscovered by his assistant in the late 1970s. He
also founded a Marcel Violet Laboratory to conduct research.

The “dynamisers” for household and commercial purposes will be available in the range of Rs 20,000 to Rs 24,000.

The technology was brought to India
from France and developed into a viable system by researchers at
Auroville, the ideal township created by Sri Aurobindo Ashram in the
former French colony of Puducherry.
